The process of psychotherapy will help:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"square\">\n<li>Define problems and underlying issues<\/li>\n<li>Learn what is \u201cnormal,\u201d \u201cnatural,\u201d or expectable in current circumstances<\/li>\n<li>Discover misconceptions or conflicts that may be blocking action or change<\/li>\n<li>Change self-defeating behavior and dysfunctional patterns of interaction<\/li>\n<li>Gain tools, along with hope or courage to take charge of life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There is nothing mystical or \u201cweird\u201d about a therapy session. We simply sit and talk.
