Cynthia Cook, PhD

Dr. Cook is a licensed Psychologist specializing in work with adults, couples, and groups. She is an honors graduate from Kansas State University. She earned her M.A. and Ph.D. from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. Gina Dunckel, PsyD

Dr. Dunckel earned a Bachelor’s degree from William Jessup University, where she double majored in Counseling Psychology and Theology. She then attended the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago where she received a Master’s degree, as well as her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology after completing her internship at the Valley Coastal Bend VA.


Brian Kline, PhD

Dr. Brian Kline works with adults and young adults and has expertise helping those with concerns about relationships, depression, anxiety (generalized, social, panic), trauma, career development, and identity development (gender, sexual, and racial/ethnicity identity development). He graduated with honors from State University of New York, Buffalo State College, and he earned his M.A. and Ph.D. from the University at Buffalo, State University of New York.


Hannah Cavell Langley, PhD

Dr. Hannah Cavell Langley specializes in behavioral pediatrics, skillfully addressing the psychological needs of children and their families.


Sharla Marek, PhD

Dr. Sharla Marek is a counseling psychologist who specializes in work with children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Marek completed her PhD in Counseling Psychology in 2002 from the University of Houston.


Nicholas Oleen-Junk, PhD

Dr. Oleen-Junk completed his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he trained in forensic psychology, college student mental health, and multicultural counseling. After finishing his clinical internship at the University of Minnesota’s student counseling center, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Kansas Medical Center, where he provided individual, couple, and group counseling to health science students and young medical professionals. Prior to relocating to Houston, Dr. Oleen-Junk served as a Staff Psychologist at Tulane University’s student counseling center in New Orleans.
